Epoxy Phenolic Finish
Epoxy phenolic paintis a two-component product, a special paint composed of epoxy resin, phenolic resin, pigment fillers, additives, solvents, etc. and curing agents. It can be divided into epoxy phenolicprimer and epoxy phenolic finish.
It is used as an anticorrosive finish for steel and as an anticorrosive coating on concrete surfaces. It is widely used on the surface of various light metal and cement structures indoor and outdoor. Epoxy phenolic paint can be used as an anti-corrosive paint for the inner wall of storage tanks containing the following liquids: crude oil, 200# solvent oil, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, heavy oil, and lubricating oil. And it can also be used as an anti-corrosive coating on the outer wall of steel equipment and pipelines with an insulation layer under dry heat of 200℃.

What is epoxy phenolic paint?
Epoxy phenolic paint is a two-component product, composed of epoxy resin, phenolic resin, anti-rust pigments, solvents, additives, etc. It has excellent acid resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, oil resistance and high-temperature resistance of 300℃ (primer and topcoat).
Can epoxy phenolic paint withstand high temperature?
Epoxy phenolic paint can be used under dry heat below 300°C, and epoxy phenolic resin paint is suitable as an anti-corrosive coating for the outer walls of steel equipment and pipelines with thermal insulation in petrochemical plants. Widely used: surface coating of storage tanks, storage tanks, thermal insulation pipelines, chemical equipment, motors, storage tanks, etc.
