CZ Purline roll forming Machine

The CZ Purline roll forming Machinehas advantage of automatic fixed-length cutting automatic punching. Besides, its installation is convenient having high level automation. The purline produced by this machine has the feature of bending and pressing resistance with high level glancing flatness. This kind of products is mainly used for large and medium industrial or civil architecture including factories, storage locomotive sheds and aero plane sheds stadium, exhibition and Movie Theater and free market. Cold forming sectional steel is main material to produce light section steel structure produced by steel plate and cold forming sectional steel. The machine can produce variety kinds of profiles and cold rolled steels with regular thickness, but in complex section shape. Those products can not produced by general heat rolling method.

Components of CZ Purline roll forming Machine

1	Manual decoiler, automatic decoiler or hydraulic decoiler (5 T, 10T).
2	Feeding and guide device (filming device available).
3	Leveler device.
4	Main roll former (sometimes includes punch device, it will be according with customer requirement.)
5	Hydraulic cutter.
6	PLC electric control system.
7	Hydraulic system.
8	Final products rack (manual rack or automatic stacker).

Suitable power	220V/380V/440V, 50Hz/60Hz, 3 Phase.
Control model	PLC (MITSUBISHI/SIEMENS) control, human and machine interface, touch screen will be used to input and cancel working data.
Normal working speed	5~10m/min (if customer need to have high speed, we can manufacture the high speed line, and the max speed will be reached 15~20m/min).
Machine base plate model	weld steel plate model, single raft model, cassette model.
Cutter model	stop to cut, flying cut .
Material of forming shaft	45# steel/40Cr
Material of forming roller	GCr15/Cr12/ 38CrMoAl.
