自洁式过滤器
产品介绍
传统的过滤器在过滤粘性液体和去除软性杂质时经常堵塞。客户必须选择较大的过滤器，手动和频繁地清洗过滤器，这意味着昂贵的投资，艰苦的工作，宝贵的液体损失。自清洁过滤器以其先进的自清洁功能解决了这些问题.它能保持过滤元件的清洁，排放杂质浓度高的废液，减少液体损失。自洁过滤器主要用于过滤介质中含有较多重力杂质的流体中，自动自洁过滤器是一种适用于恶劣环境的过滤器，当进出口压差达到预定值时，过滤器将启动清洗过程。整个自清洁过程包括两个步骤：1。打开过滤器的排水阀。过滤器网内的两个不锈钢刷开始旋转，由电机驱动。过滤网所捕获的杂质用钢刷并从排水口排出。整个清洗过程大约需要15-60秒。在此过程中，过滤系统不中断供水，整个运行过程由控制箱控制。
