Small Bottle Drinking Water Processing Machine
The machine is combined washing, filling, capping functions into one machine. The bottle hanging technology is introduced, so the bottle change is easy to realize.The OMRON PLC is adopted to control and inspect the operation automatically. When empty bottle enters into the machine, the spring clamp will hang the bottles and make bottle neck to face the spray. The rinsing process will start. After finishing cleaning, the clean bottles will enter into the filling position. When bottle is held and touchs the filling nozzle, the filling processing start. Then filled bottle will be conveyed to the capping position, and the caps will feed automatically and are screwed automatically.
The whole framework of the machine is SUS304 and the main electrical components are from international brand. At the same time the IGUS sleeve is adopted into the machine to lengthen the machine life. With the advance technology support, the maintenance cost and other input will be reduced.
