Versatile Vacuum Dryer
PrincipleThe dryer adopt double conical drying chamber,Website:, one side is filtering area and the other side is washing and discharging area. There has jacket which could be filled into steam or hot water for heating. The chamber is fixed on the frame by main shaft. One end of main shaft is the inlet/outlet port of steam and condensation water, the other end is vacuum port, evaporated moisture can be sucked out by vacuum pump. Motor and speed reducer are inside the frame. Dryer could rotating via gear driving. A thoroughly and uniformly washing and high efficiency drying could be finished during rotating.Features1. Washing, filtering and drying finished in one machine, which saves production procedure, increase productive rate.2. Double seal on each sealing spot. The seal material is silicon rubber or Fluor rubber.3. Filtering cloth, stainless steel screen or powder sinter plate as filtering material for choice.Mesh size of filter ranges from 3μm to 50μm. 4. Dryer chamber can rotating in two directions, rotating speed rages from 1-10rpm5. Washing at site, sampling at site and steam Sterilization, which makes the dryer meet GMP standard6. Closed operation, there’s no cross-contamination on product. The dryer also avaliable for toxic raw material.7. Vacuum drying is suitable for heat-sensitive raw material.8. The structure of dryer is very compact, which occupied less space.9.
