Y83-3150 Hydraulic briquetting press
1.Application:
Y83 are applied to compress metal sawdust (steel, cast iron, aluminum and copper)into cylindrical briquettes of high density to reduce burning loss in smelting, and to make recycling and smelting easy and convenient. Cast iron sawdust, after pressed into briquettes, can substituteas raw materials. This metal scrap briquetting press is used for cold pressing of other metal scraps including powdery cast iron scrap, high grade ductile cast iron, alloy scrap, copper scrap etc. to columniform caky block with the density ≥5.5-6.2T/m3 ( without any bond). The output is about 8-20Ton/day.
2.Features:
a. The hydraulic driving is adopted for all types of machine ,the manual and PLC automatic control operations are optional.
b. No foundation bolts for installation. The diesel may be equipped as driving at the place without power supplying.
c. Extruding force has 8 classes from 63 tons to 400 tons and production rate is from 0.5tons per hour to 50tons per hour.
d. Operation: Manual or PLC semi-automatic operation
e. One year guarantee and lifelong maintenance, any problem, you can call us directly.
3.Packaging & Delivery
