Paper Gypsum Board Fire Stability Tester
Introduction
gypsum board fire stability tester, also known as paper gypsum board fire stability tester, is used to determine the fire stability of refractory gypsum board, also applicable to other building materials, decoration, Determination of the fire resistance of decorative materials.
Test Description: The sample is drilled and processed under specified environmental conditions. The sample is suspended by a strut between the two fire exits, and the fire exit is perpendicular to the surface of the sample. The liquefied petroleum gas is used as a heat source to supply gas to the two burners of the fire stability measuring instrument, and the burner firing port is 30 mm from the plate surface. The load is suspended at the lower end of the test piece according to the standard, and the burner is ignited. The temperature was measured with a thermocouple at a distance of 5 mm from the surface of the plate. At the beginning of the test, the carbonized protective paper dropped on the thermocouple should be removed without shaking the sample. By adjusting, the temperature was controlled at (800 ± 30) °C within 3 min, and this temperature was maintained throughout the test. From the start of the test piece to the fire, the test piece breaks and breaks. The time during which each test piece was blown was recorded, and the minimum of the five test pieces was taken as the fire stability of the set of samples, accurate to 1 min.
