In China, the national mandatory standard "national textile products basic safety technical specifications" GB18401-2003. with effect from 1 January 2006 to enforcement, clearly defined the safety requirements of formaldehyde and other harmful substances in textile products. "female suit, coat" GB / T2665- 2009. "trousers" GB / T2666-2009. "tie" GB / T23314-2009. etc., also clearly put forward the restrictions of the formaldehyde content.

Application
Textile formaldehyde content tester is used to determinate the formaldehyde content in the various textiles, clothing fabrics, often using water extraction method to prepare formaldehyde solution, and then after the color reaction with the Nessler reagent, the software can be tested out the formaldehyde content in textiles.
Feature
1. The instrument uses 128 * 64 bit dot matrix LCD display, clear display, accurate reading, stable and reliable.
2. It can continuously test and store 200 sets of data, each screen can display 5 groups.
3. C mode (standard curve method) can directly establish a multi-point standard curve, and can be used to build the standard curve for unknown sample concentration test.
4. It can store 200 standard curve, can be called free according to the number.
5. F mode (coefficient method) can enter the coefficient of the curve equation directly after the sample measurement.
6. Measured and stored data has power off function.
7. Wavelength can be automatic calibration, automatic setting, self-repair deviation.
8. Socket type deuterium lamp, tungsten lamp design, light change free from optical debugging.
9. With a standard USB data output interface and parallel print output interface to facilitate online operation and print data.
10. Matching quantitative software can be directly completed photometric analysis and quantitative testing and analysis of data processing.
