Honghai 2CY Series Gear Pump
2CY series gear pump is applicable to transport not containing solid particles and fibers, non-corrosive, temperature is not higher than 80º C, the viscosity for 5 X 10-6 ~ 1.5 X 10-3 m2 / s (5-1500 CST) lubricating oil or other similar properties of lubricating oil liquid.
Brief introduction
This Honghai 2CY series of gear pumps are mainly consisted of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearings, shaft seals and other related components. The gear after nitrogen treatment had higher hardness and wear resistance. Together with the shaft installed in the sleeve can be replaced within the operation.
All parts of the lubrication pump were used in the pump work automatically achieve the conveying medium.
Pump shaft within four in the pump floating installation, automatically adjust the gap size with work pressure, so the stable pressure pump, the output flow pulsation is small, soluble product and high efficiency.
