PVC 排水管生产线
HUASU Machinery designs and develops PVC pipe extrusion line especially for PVC water supply and disposal pipe.
This PVC Water Pipe Extrusion Line adopt optimized spider die with chrome-plating, ensure the melt plasticization homogenous and distribution uniform.which includes conical twin screw extruder, PVC pipe molds, vacuum calibrating water tank, water spraying cooling tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine and overturning bracket.
Conical twin-screw extruder: The extruder is equipped with forced fixed-quantity material feeding system, vacuum exhaust system ,automatic temperature control system and automatic speed control system. This structure assures accurate controlling for the material temperature, plasticization stability and greatly improving production speed. The main motor is direct convertor or frequency convertor. Motor output torque stability which can achieve step-less speed regulation.
PVC extruding molds: The material of extruding molds is high quality 40Cr and the molds surface is dealt with polishing and chrome plating. It adopts the structure of multiple head spiral. as the melt has low pressure,The die head still maintain low temperature at high extruding speed.
Vacuum calibrating water tank: The material of body is high hardness and good quality stainless steel board. It is high-pressure resistance, corrosion-resistance and two-stage for large diameter pipe. Stainless steel float adjusts water level and the structure simple and practical. Electricity controls water temperature. The nozzle material is ABS engineering plastic. The frame of the machine can be adjusted three dimensions. The moving from front to back adopt cycloid reducer drive and up & down and left & right adopt screw adjustment.
Haul-off machine: It adopts frequency conversion approach. Every traction frame transfers with chain which ensures every track moving simultaneously. It is pneumatic flexibility clamping. The bearing has special structure which can effectively reduce the installation error. The machine has V type high friction coefficient rubber.
Cutting machine: It is planetary cutting for large diameter. The blade takes rotation and cutting part and inserting blade part take revolution. It has angle cutting structure, pneumatic aluminum half clamping and cleaning device.
Water spray cooling tank: Equipped Stainless steel Vacuum calibration sleeve with water lubrication ring, twin-chamber vacuum tank with spraying cooling and semicircular Nylon support, to ensure fast calibration, increase the production capacity and lower the operation. Stainless steel float adjusts water level and electricity controls water temperature. The nozzle material is ABS engineering plastic. The frame of the machine can be adjusted up and down. There is roller in the tank.These designs are especially good for big diameter pipe production and high speed production.
Control system: We can offer Siemens PLC controlling system which is intelligent controlling system. Also we can offer ordinary controlling system which use Siemens electrical parts, Omron temperature controller. Operation is simple.
