Baoding Guokun Machinery is located in Zhuzhuang Industrial Zone, Lianchi District, Baoding City, Hebei Province. It is acomprehensive enterprise withforging and machining capabilities. Our company can produce automotive forgings, coal machinery forgings, agricultural machinery and petroleum forgings, starter equipment forgings, transmission forgings, and machined parts.
Main equipment: one 600 ton clutch type high-energy screw press, one 1000 ton clutch type high-energy screw press, three 630 ton double disc friction presses, one 50K fully hydraulic forging hammer, one 400 ton clutch type high-energy screw press, one 750KW thyristor intermediate frequency diathermy furnace, two 500KW thyristor intermediate frequency diathermy furnaces, two 250KW thyristor intermediate frequency diathermy furnaces, one 150KW thyristor intermediate frequency diathermy furnace, eight open and fixed platform presses, and other auxiliary equipment.
Main testing equipment: Spectral analyzer, tensile testing machine, impact testing machine, coordinate measuring instrument, roughness meter, digital Brinell hardness tester, chemical analysis, magnetic particle flaw detector, metallographic analyzer and other testing equipment.
Drop forging, also called closed die forging is ametal shaping process where aheated metal billet is placed between dies and struck by ahammer or press to form the desired shape. It is commonly used for high-strength components like hydraulic cylinder yokes, connecting rods, gears.
The hydraulic cylinder yoke is acritical component that connects the cylinder to other heavy-duty machinery, such as construction equipment, excavators, loaders, cranes, agricultural machinery, tractors, harvester, mining &industrial hydraulic lifting equipment.
