2.Characteristics and Applications

2.1 Features of oil filter:

● Specialized gear pump set with low noise, strong self-priming ability and smooth operation.

● The high pressure pipeline is equipped with overflow protection device, which can effectively protect the safety of the hydraulic system.

● The coarse filter at the suction port protects the oil pump and extends the service life of the main filter.

● The fine filter can be selected with different precision according to the different needs of users to achieve the required results.

● The panel is equipped with a pressure gauge, which continuously indicates the operating condition of the system and the degree of contamination of the filter element during operation. There are differential pressure transmitters on the pre-filter and fine filter to indicate the system cartridge at any time.

2.2 Application of oil filtering machine:

Filtration of hydraulic lubrication system during refueling.

● Bypass filtration of hydraulic lubrication system during operation.

● Circulation filtration of hydraulic lubrication system before operation.

● Hydraulic lubrication system oil is not filtered and pumped out by the pump of the equipment itself.

(Note: This machine is not applicable to flammable and explosive media such as fuel oil.)

4. Cleaning and replacement of the filter:

When the oil filter works for a period of time, the oil filter oil system pressure increases accordingly, the performance of its components have different effects, especially on the filter precision of the filter element of the shadow

core damage, the main reason for this is that the filter element of the differential pressure rises, the need to replace the filter element. Specific cleaning and replacement methods are as follows:

4.1 Cleaning: (only on the pump before the suction oil filter)

4.1.1 Cleaning cycle: oil filter continuous work for a week (about 150 hours)

a. Unscrew the top cover of the oil suction filter and take out the filter element.

b.Cleaning the filter element:When cleaning the filter element, soak it with gasoline for about half an hour and then remove the impurities with a brush.

4.2 Replacement

4.2.1. Conditions for replacement: When the oil filter is filtering, when the red indicator pops up on the differential pressure alarm installed on the pre-filter and fine filter, the cartridge needs to be

4.2.2 Replacement method: loosen the four bolts on the upper cover of the pre-filter and fine filter, remove the upper cover, take out and replace the filter element.

5.Precautions

5.1 The oil filter can not filter gasoline and other flammable liquids.

5.2 If the oil pool (or tank) of the oil is too dirty and there may be large obstacles, in the suction port should be installed on the large mesh filter protection.

5.3 The oil suction and discharge pipes should be kept clean.
