血型卡生产线
- 产品性能说明（无需离心工序）
- 血型检测卡流水线由十个工序组成，如：自动理卡装模（即将凌乱的卡片整理成同一方向）、自动灌装凝胶、自动送膜封口、自动激光切割铝膜成型、自动离心、自动双面贴标、自动检测、自动装盒、自动盖盒、自动扫条码贴二维码等；
- （1） 自动理卡：通过振动盘将卡片整理成同一方向，用机械手抓卡，智能检测再放入模具中，确保理卡精度，模具装满卡片自动流入下一工序；
- （2） 自动灌装：凝胶通过搅拌装置搅匀，用柱塞泵进行多头灌装，可设置不同的灌装量，精度准确，效率高；
- （3） 自动送膜封口：通过伺服系统送铝膜，纠偏器控制纠正铝膜左右偏移，确保送膜长度和左右偏离精度准确，送膜结束后通过高温封口，封口后低温冷却，保证血型卡封口的紧密性，防止凝胶泄漏；
- （4） 自动激光切割铝箔成型：待模具上的血型卡封好铝箔后，自动流入激光切割铝箔模式，激光切割速度快，效率高，切割边缘整齐，无毛刺、外形美观；
- （5） 自动离心：模具上卡片自动流入离心工位，通过机械手将模具自动放入离心机夹具上，实现自动离心，离心速度可调，速度快，运转平稳，无振动，确保加凝胶卡片无气泡无挂壁；
- （6） 自动双面贴标：通过将模具里的血型卡片，一片片分离，实现自动上料及贴标。贴标速度快，精度高，确保双面贴标一致性；
- （7） 自动智能检测：贴标结束后，自动流出，通过机械手抓取放入智能相机检测加入凝胶的高低、有无气泡、有无杂质污染，及双面贴标的错位检测等，检测合格后，产品自动进入下一工序，检测不合格的自动在线剔除回收；
- （8） 自动装盒：将检测合格的血型卡产品通过机械手和伺服定位系统进行卡片自动装盒，每盒装入12片，装盒速度快，机器运行稳定，装盒完成后自动流入下一工序；
- （9） 自动送盒：血型卡片装盒后流入自动盖盒工序，精确定位后，伺服系统送料利用真空吸盘取盖，机械手自动将盖子安装在装满血型卡的盒子上，盖盒速度快、定位准确、运行稳定；
- （10） 自动扫条码贴二维码：通过条码扫描仪对装满盒子的血型卡片上的条码进行扫描，生成二维码，并自动打印，通过机械手取二维码贴在血型卡盖好的盒子上，从而实现数据的真实性及产品的源头追溯。
