Metal Coil Trapezoidal Shear Cut to Length Line for sale
TX has successfully developed the swing shear/trapezoidal shear to cater to the need of automotive industry. This shear is capable to process the carbon steel, cold rolled steel, galvanized steel with thickness up to 3.0mm.
The shear is designed with start-stop cutting mode, composed of decoiler + snubber roll, peeler + pinch roll + crop shear, leveller, PVC applicator, looping pit table, servo length measuring device, swing shear, stacking system.
For trapezoidal sheet, the swing shear can carry out the angle cutting of 30 degrees. For rectangular blanks, the shear can perform the 90 degrees cutting.
The stacker is particularly designed with 2 working stations and rotary adjustable stopper with the purpose of obtaining the very smooth and regular stacking, and preventing from scratching and damaging the angle and surface of blanks.
