Scraper Fixture/Backing Blades

For paper breaking, creasing and cleaning blade system.

Tscraper Fixture, a fixing device of mobile blades, consists of the pressure plate, support block, mandrel and mandrel fixing block. Uniformly distributed pressure blocks are fixed on the front side corresponding to the lower side of the support block and connected with the pressure plate. The blade is freely stuck in the knife bin formed by the pressure block, the support block and the pressure plate. The support block is connected with the mandrel fixing block through the mandrel to overcome the deformation of the pressure plate, solving the twisting issue between the blade and the drying cylinder surface.
