产品简介: LPCE-2系统是基于LPCE-1系统配置，采用了CCD光谱仪配合新型积分球来进行测试，从而保证了测试结果的可靠。LPCE-2（主机光谱仪LMS-9000A）积分球&光谱仪测试系统适用于LED整灯测试以及单科LED来料测试。判断LED的质量一般通过测试LED的光色电参数来实现。CIE-127-1997和IES LM 79-08标准推荐采用列阵式光谱仪配合积分球来检测固态照明（SSL）产品。 LMS-9000A光谱仪独有的老化功能可以实时监测光通量对时间的变化，色温对时间的变化等各参数对时间的变化曲线，以满足标准LM-80. 可测参数: 光参数：光通量，光效，辐射功率 色参数：色品坐标，相关色温，红色比，蓝色比，绿色比，波长，主波长，峰值波长，半宽度，色纯度，显色指数 电参数：正向电压，正向电流，反向电压，反正电流，电压，电流，功率，功率因素
