Main uses
The sole heat resistance tester is used to test the heat resistance and temperature insulation performance of finished shoes under high temperature sand and stone heat temperature medium.
Product Features
Heated sand bath with specific dimensions and minimum sand height.
Heating system capable of heating the sand to controlled test temperatures (150℃ or 250℃).
Temperature control system to maintain the sand bath at the specified test temperature with a certain tolerance.
System for accurately measuring and recording the temperature change on the upper surface of the insole over a specified time (30 minutes), using a copper/copper-nickel thermocouple with a copper disc.
Uses sand of a specific particle size range and volume as the primary heat transfer medium.
May include provisions for using other heat transfer media, such as 5mm steel balls, depending on the specific test standard or configuration.
Fixture or area for placing the finished shoe on the heated sand bath, ensuring good contact.
Robust construction suitable for operating at high temperatures.
Test principle
The sandbox is heated to 150℃， the sand covers the contact point between the sample upper and the sole, and the change of the insole temperature over 30 minutes is recorded, accurate to 0.5℃。
