Safety hat electrical insulation performance tester used to test the electrical insulation performance of safety hat, high degree of automation, easy to operate, widely used in safety hat manufacturers and major quality inspection units.

Product Features:
Plastic sink or water bath system designed to contain water and accommodate the safety helmet for testing in a wet condition, without interfering with electrical measurements.
Electrodes for applying high voltage to the safety helmet, including a probe with a specific diameter (4mm) and hemispherical top.
LED digital display providing real-time readouts of current and voltage values during the test.
Capability to apply high voltage according to a specific sequence: increasing the voltage to 1200V ± 25V within 1 minute and maintaining it for 15 seconds.
Voltage regulator with a range of 1500V to control the applied voltage.
Built-in timer to control the duration of the high-voltage application, with a specified error ($pm$1%).
Accurate measurement of current and voltage, with expression value errors of $pm$1%.
Configurable test head die or electrode to meet various helmet testing requirements.
High level of automation for the test procedure.
Safety features (implied for high voltage testing) to protect the operator.
