In spring steel wire manufacturing, their use ensures a straightness deviation of no more than 0.5 mm/m, significantly improving the fatigue life of the final product. The groove geometry of these guide wheels can be customized according to specific wire or tube dimensions, with options including V-shaped, U-shaped, and semi-circular profiles, to accommodate diverse production requirements. Following precision polishing, the surface roughness can reach as low as Ra 0.01 μm, effectively reducing friction-induced wire damage and increasing the tensile strength of metallic wires by up to 10%.
