Silicon wafer cutting carbide guide wheel
The working temperature range of tungsten carbide guide wheels is wide, with stable performance in environments ranging from -100°C to 600°C. They can be used normally in low-temperature frozen pipe production or high-temperature hot rolling processes. The hub and rim of the guide wheel are designed as an integrated unit, eliminating issues such as peeling caused by welding or adhesive bonding. The service life can exceed 100,000 hours. In the cable industry, it can precisely control the concentricity of the cable insulation layer, keeping deviations within 0.05mm, thereby ensuring the electrical performance of the cable.
