High-precision flying cold saw adopts Siemens' most advanced digital motion control system, which has short response time of multi-axis control, flexible acceleration and deceleration, and perfects the high-precision synchronous tracing sawing of steel pipes.
The flying cold saw bases is equipped with inlet guide rollers (upper and lower, left and right rollers), the front end of the fixture is equipped with auxiliary guide rollers, and the final discharge position is provided with supporting rollers, all supporting rollers help the parallel movement of the pipe in the sawing process. Both ends of the saw body are equipped with car safety bumpers. Sawing method: Saw blade and feed can be adjusted, that is to say, feed servo motor speed can be changed, saw blade speed can be changed, thus greatly improving the utilization rate of saw blade.
