Advantage of forging process which can change the arrangement of grain within parts, and meet the stress requirements of parts; the forging process can improve the internal defect of products, and enhance the service life and fatigue strength.
Material: All kinds of Alloy steel, carbon steel, Stainless steel, such as AISI1040, AISI1045, AISI4140, AISI4145H, AISI 4145H Mod etc,aluminum steel, copper alloy or according to customers’ requirements.
Scope of the weight for Die forging: ≤ 25kgs
Scope of the weight for Open Die forging: ≤20Ton
Output: 4,000T/year for Die forging, and 9,000T/year for Open Die forging.
Surface finish: Anti-rust, Painting, and Powder coating
