Low Level-Block Palletizing Cuber – Smart Stacking for Versatile Block Types
The XX-MD 1200 low-level block palletizing cuber is designed for the automated palletizing of dry finished blocks in semi-automatic block production lines. It can operate independently near the curing yard or be integrated into a block production line for online palletizing.
This system accommodates various block types including solid bricks, paver bricks, and hollow blocks with stacking speeds reaching up to 20,160 pcs/hour. Equipped with PLC control, intelligent sensors, and a remote control system, the equipment operates autonomously and efficiently with minimal manpower.
Cross-stacking is performed with preformed brick holes to facilitate forklift handling. The maximum stacking height is 1450mm. Its user-friendly design reduces labor costs and supports uninterrupted stacking through an automated heavy-duty chain conveyor.
