In comparison with cold drawn seamless tubing, the lead time for bare welded stainless steel tubing is shorter. Due to different uses, it is also known as capillary tubing, capillary strings, control line tubing, chemical injection lines and hydraulic control line tubing etc.Our Capillary tubing is popular used in Oil & GAS well for applications including hydralically actuated surface-controlled subsurface safety valves, Chemical injection and Instrumentation. Its has higher strength, resistance to pitting, corrosion and chloride stress corrosion cracking.For injection applications, the tubing is self-supporting inside the production casing and facilitates the injection of chemicals to enhance production flow rate, inhibit corrosion and de-water.
The condition ofour capillary tubeis good welded and good quality, bright annealed, one continuous length without butt welded joints, round in cross-section, surface of the tubing is smooth and free of scratches, every spool will be pressure testing and without leakage risk, high tensile strength and yield strength, good spools and packing neatly, longer service life.
