RNMV SERIES MV/HV SOLID-STATE SOFT STARTER

Unique Functions:
1) Negative feedback function: Depending on the theory of dynamic fuzzy control, the equipment automatically adjusts the starting time and starting torque of the motor according to the load torque.
2) Strong load adaptability provides two start control modes: voltage ramp start and current-limited start. During the start stage the current rapidly increases to the limit value and keeps constant until the motor works at full speed.
3) Free stop/soft stop is optional.
4) System communication function: Built-in RS485 communication port. Modbus or
Profibus is optional.

The control core of the RNMV series product is the CPU that starts and protects motors.
This microprocessor control system controls the SCR to perform relative angle trigger control so as to reduce the voltage applied to the motor, and then to smoothly increase the motor torque by slowly controlling the voltage and current applied to the motor until the motor accelerates to full speed. This start mode can lower starting impulse current of the motor and reduce the impact to the power network and the motor itself. Meanwhile it also reduces mechanical impact to the mechanical load connected to the motor in order to prolong the service life of the equipment and reduce fault and shutdown.
