Series ZYD-L Mobile Trailer mounted and fully enclosed type insulating oil treatment plant is mainly used for dealing with unqualified transformer oil, switch oil, mutual inductor oil in various large power equipments which are above 110 kV at outdoors for weather proof, sand proof, wind proof, etc.

Series ZYD-L is developed on the basis of Double-stage vacuum transformer Series ZYD according to client’s actual suggestion & need. It has the better function of quickly removing water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from oil, effectively improving oil’s dielectric strength (BDV value), effectively making sure electrical equipment working safely and normally.

Series ZYD-L can also be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying, vacuum pumping and vacuum oiling like ZYD Series.

This is made in mobile type with road worthy trailer (double-axle mainly) which can be mounted on motor vehicle to move to any outside fields by public roads to proceed the treatment works at outdoors. The mobile trailer is provided with 4 (four) nos. of standard car tired wheels with towing eye, hand parking brake, 4 retractable propels to keep the unit stable during operation, rear lights, reflectors, brake lights, etc…

And all components such as pumps, motors, filters, tanks, valves, pipelines, controls, etc… are totally enclosed and protected by steel frame cover and heavy duty doors enclosure and designed for lifting crane (equipped with lifting hooks). The equipment inside will be facilitated by a system of door locks installed at a perimeter of the enclosure.

1. Mobile type, double-axle trailer mounted along with necessary components, move to outside fields easily. Installation of 4 (four) nos. of standard car tired wheels with towing eye, hand parking brake, 4 retractable propels to keep the unit stable during operation, rear lights, reflectors, brake lights, etc… guarantee running safely and stable.

3. Doors and cover can be made of different materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum alloy, and also can be made in different styles such as push-pull type, and hydraulic air supported semi-auto type, etc.
4. Duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, efficient oil film sprayer, eliminating the liquid water quickly, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength improving greatly. It’s combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
5. Multi-stage precision filtration system, high quality of stainless steel filters’ filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies.

8. Special oil regeneration/reclamation system installed on the machine, help remove acidity and recover more oil’s property, letting oil be more closer to new oil’s standard (Optional).

10. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
11. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak.
12. Specially applied to proceed vacuum oiling and drying (Hot Oil Circulation / on-site Drying) for electrical power equipments which are over 110KV.
