Small-scale waste incinerators
Small-scale waste incinerators
Small-scale waste incinerators use solid waste as fuel. The waste is fed into the incinerator, where it undergoes a vigorous chemical reaction with oxygen at high temperatures.
This process releases heat, converting it into high-temperature flue gas and a small amount of stable solid residue. Unfortunately, much of the heat generated during this process is not utilized.
Large-scale high-temperature incinerators convert energy into steam, which drives a turbine to generate electricity.
Currently in China, Fireprint offers a waste-to-energy incineration system using low-temperature magnetic pyrolysis technology. This system consumes 1-25 tons of waste per day. The combustible gas produced in the chimney of this low-temperature magnetic pyrolysis furnace serves as the generator to produce electricity, resulting in no energy loss and making it highly energy-efficient.
