Bark Wood Photo Frame
Bark picture frame is made from tree bark. Bark refers to all the tissues outside the vascular cambium and is a nontechnical term. It overlays the wood and consists of the inner bark and the outer bark. Bark can be harvested from a live birch tree only at a certain time of year, however, there is a danger that the tree will be injured in the harvesting process. For that reason, the bark we use is taken from logger's trees or trees that are about to be cut down.

Birch Bark comes off in sections that we eventually piece together to create our furniture and frames. Birch Bark is currently at a premium, and we use it to produce birch bark picture frame with respect.
