Feature
(1) This equipment is made by welding steel plates, and after vibration or tempering aging, it is made by metal cutting with CNC bore milling machine.
(2) The hydraulic station is controlled by superposition valve and electromagnetic directional valve.
(3) The main control components of the electrical box are programmable controllers from well-known domestic manufacturers.
(4) Self-made die should be used to clamp the end cover, which is convenient and quick.
(5) The end cover press-fitting machine is a box-shaped whole, and the workbench of the machine bed moves up and down, thus realizing the smooth lifting action of the press-fitting machine.
(6) The press-fitting cylinder of machine tool is a compound cylinder, which consists of piston rod, telescopic center, spring center, sleeve, etc.
(7) Equipment performance: press-fit Y160-315 motor end cover. The motor bearing can also be press-fitted with the fixture.
(8) Equipment features: the machine tool can be lifted to adapt to different motor heights. Press-fitting the end cover with a die is simple and applicable.
