EV Battery Vibration and Crash Test Dummy
The EV Battery Vibration and Crash Test Dummy is a seated anthropomorphic test device designed to simulate the mass distribution and joint motion characteristics of a 50th percentile adult male. It is specifically developed for evaluating the safety of electric vehicle (EV) battery modules and full packs under vibration, collision, and gravitational acceleration conditions. The dummy features simplified skeletal structures while maintaining critical joint locking and damping functions, preventing component disassembly or scattering during testing.
