Test Procedures
1. Sample Preparation
Randomly select 30 blood collection tubes and equilibrate them for 1 hour at 20℃±2℃.
Use standard Grade 3 water as the medium to avoid temperature fluctuations affecting density.
2. Equipment Calibration
Connect the pre-vacuum blood collection tube aspiration volume tester and vacuum pump, and remove air bubbles from the tubing.
Calibrate the vacuum level to the target value (e.g., -30 kPa for simulating an altitude of 3000 meters).
3. Test Execution
Insert the blood collection tube into the puncture site of the testing system, start the vacuum pump, and maintain stable pressure for 1 minute.
Record the weight difference of the blood collection tube before and after water aspiration, and calculate the individual and batch average aspiration volume.
4. Result Judgment
If the batch average aspiration volume is within ±10% of the nominal value, it is judged as qualified.
Generate a test report, including the pressure-time curve, weight data, and deviation analysis.
