PTFE Packing
Pure PTFE Packing Features: SR PTFE packing is made of 100% white expanded PTFE yarn. It contains no impregnant, has no lubricant, and has no finish treatment. SR PTFE Packing is designed for use in valves, but can be used in other low speed services. Fast and simple to install, with minimum maintenance requirements. SR PTFE Packing can be adjusted very finely and reduced to extremely low levels. High chemical resistance, very low coefficients of friction. STYLE 6000EXP is suitable for valves and pumps used in food processing, pharmaceuticals, paper mills, fiber plant, where high purity and corrosion resistance is required
Application Areas: SR PTFE Packing can be used in centrifugal and rotary shafts, reciprocating applications, and valve stems, sliders, mixers, vessels and pumps, power industry etc.
Application Media: SR PTFE Packing is suitable for pharmaceutical and food applications, potable water, solvents, oils, gases, effluents, oxygen etc.

1) Pressure: 2MPa in centrifugal pumps, 10MPa in piston pumps, 20MPa in valves
2) Temperature: <280° C
3) Linear speed: 4m/s in centrifugal pumps, 2m/s in piston pumps, 2m/s in valves
4) pH range: 0 - 14
5) Thickness: 3.0 - 50mm
