Tobee® SH005M Bearing Assemblyfor 14/12ST-AH Slurry Pump, it also used for 12/10ST-AH Slurry Pump and 10/8ST-AH Slurry Pump.

Slurry Pump Bearing Assembly SH005Malso called rotor assembly which an important driven part of the 14x12 ST-AH slurry pump, It is a large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to long bearing life. Only four through bolts are required to hold the cartridge type housing in the frame. It is most important part for drive power unit. The bearing assembly is to connect the pump and motor as a complete pump working system. Its stability will directly affect pump operation and work-life.

It is mainly composed of 13 parts: 1. Labyrinth, 2. End cover, 3. Bearing, 4. Shaft, 5. Bearing housing, 6. Shim, 7. Grease cap, 8. Piston ring, 9. Labyrinth ring, 10. Bearing seal, 11. End cover set screw, 12. Shaft key, 13. Oil cup.

Bearing Assembly Design Features:

√ The main function of the bearing housing is to support the shaft and the bearing, ensure rotation on the axis, bear the force, and connect the working body to the power.
√ The bearings bear the meridional and axial forces to achieve effective rotation. The installation clearances of the bearings of different bearing assemblies in the slurry pump are different.
√ The shaft is the centerline of the pump rotation. The two ends are used to connect the impeller and the coupling, connect the active parts, and transfer the power to the working parts.
√ The bearing end cover is used to fix and locate the accurate position of the shaft, adjust the assembly clearance of the bearing, and bear the axial force of the pump.
√ The lubrication of the bearings in the slurry pump bearing assembly uses lithium-based grease as the grease.
√ The installation of the bearing assembly is very important. Improper installation can easily cause the failure of the slurry pump to run, or cause the slurry pump to run unstable, broken shaft, vibration, etc.
