UHP/HP/RP Graphite Electrode
Datong Yu Lin De Graphite New Material Co.，Ltd. is a professional Graphite Electrode producer located in Datong city, Shanxi province, China. YLD was established in 2012, and in 2016 became a listed company in the stock market (stock code: 870170). LD’s graphite electrode production capacity is around 50,000mt per year, products sizes 250/300/350/400/450/500/550/600/700mm,length 1800/2100/2400/2700mm, grade HP/UHP. Used for EAF 30mt-150mt, LF 50-200mt and other furnaces like nonferrous metal smelting,ferrous alloy smelting, precious metal smelting and ore smelting.
YLD equipped with 4100mt forming machine for big size and 2200mt forming machine for small size. The key raw material needle cokes are imported from Korea PMC, Japan and UK, On Nov 6th 2018,YLD signed annual needle cokessupply agreements with Korea PMC for 10,000mt in 2019 and 12,000mt in 2020,that will strongly support and guarantee mill's production for UHP grade graphite electrode. YLD's products about 50% are for domestic market and about 50% for overseas market. For domestic, supplying to steel mills such as HBIS,CRRC, Nisco, Tisco, Citic, Baotou Steel,Tonghua Steel, Qingdao Steel, Panzhihua Steel, Jiuquan Steel etc.Exporting to Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Korea, Japan,Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Mexico, USA, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Romania, Austria, Russia, Egypt, Australia, etc.
