PVC Wood Plastic Foaming Cabinet Production Line
This machine unit adopts the specially-designed SJZ65 or SJZ8 conical twin-screw extruder, imported transducer for speed adjusting, and imported RKC temperature control instrument,having a feature of wide adjusting scope, high temperature control precision, and convenient and reliable operation.The auxiliary machine is made up of:
1. vacuum shaping platform:The equipment of forced cooling device ensures the shaping effect of door plates.
2. tractor: Claw type tractor, by adoption of imported reducer motor and transducer, has a feature of reasonable structure, large traction force, and stable traction.
3cutter:The cutter is reliable and stable in operation and accurate in cutting precision.
4. loading rack:The loading rack, attached with movable loading trolley and special rubber protection layer, will not damage any materials and is convenient for use.
5.The auxiliary machine unit adopts PLC control or domestic famous control system, reliable and stable.
