♦Input signal is 4~20mA or Passive switch signal(without external contact withthe power signal).output signal is 4~20mA, Complete isolation between the inputchannel and output channel.
♦When the input signal for the passive contact signal(see picture6terminal, 34, 35, 36, 39), Which can be controlled electric remote control type of theactuator.
♦ There are manual and automatic switch TS on circuit board; when is onmanual position, Turning PI potentiometer knob can be operated actuator running.
♦Logic signal type setting: Jump line RT used to determine,
(1)When on RT position, when loss input signal, the actuator hold original position
(2)When on RT position, when loss input signal, the actuator closed
(3)When on RT position, when loss input signal, the actuator fullyopen
♦Change in the direction of running, running direction determined by key switchIT1&IT2
(1)Actuator leave factory run by a clockwise direction. key switch IT1&IT2 keeporiginal position(Switch in the free state), 4mA is valveclosed, 20mA is valveopen.
(2)Press the key switch IT1&IT2 at the same time(Switches are locked in the press);Actuator counterclockwiser running, 4mA is valveopen, 20mA is valveclosed.Full adjustment:P2 is full adjustment;
♦Dead zone adjustment:P3 is dead zone adjusted potentiometer;
♦Adjustment range is0.3~~3%, it has been set well when leave factory. It will be adjusted when need again.
♦Circuit board point A and point D reference point adjustment. Potential of pointA and point D has been adjusted well when leave the factory. The user do not adjust, general condition, when input signal is 4mA, andbe achieved by adjusting P4potentiometer that make potential of point A is 5VDC, the user don’t adjust P5
♦The LED indicator on the circuit board:
Ll(green) the actuator open direction;
L2(red) actuator closed;
L3 (red) Edge torque switch instructions;
L4(yellow) Singleproduct dynamic production instructions(moment shining)
