Powder Wet Vibrating Screen System For Lithium Battery Material Testing

The Powder Wet Vibrating Screen System is designed for particle size separation and distribution analysis of lithium battery materials under wet conditions. The system combines controlled vibration with liquid-assisted sieving to accurately classify fine powders and slurry-based materials. It is suitable for quality control, formulation verification, and process optimization of electrode materials and functional powders used in lithium-ion battery manufacturing.

Test Procedures

(5) Start the system and perform wet sieving until completion.
