Application:
TYA Vacuum lubricating oil purifier mainly deals with unqualified mechanical oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, turbine oil, refrigerator oil etc. It can quickly and effectively remove water, gas, impurities and volatiles (such as alcohol, gasoline, ammonia, etc.) from oil. it restores oil viscosity, flash point and other performance indicators. The filtered oil is low emulsification value, low water content, high cleanliness, which can be used again and again in high-precision hydraulic lubrication equipment. TYA Oil Purifier is suitable for various kinds of lubrication purification and regeneration treatment in petroleum, chemical, mining, metallurgy, power, transportation, machinery manufacturing, railway and other industries.

◆The water separator uses high-molecular coalescing material as filtering medium, which integrates emulsification, dehydration and impurity removal.
◆Strong ability to remove impurities: ultra-large area cylindrical precision filter element, with high filtration accuracy, easy installation and replacement.
◆High-efficiency vacuum dehydration and degassing: Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology
◆Excellent heating system: carbon fiber electric heater with long service life,low heating surface load, linear temperature rise, preventing oil cracking, keeping oiluniform heating.
◆Automatic control to realize unattended,safe and stable working.
◆Safety interlock protection: oil pump, vacuum pump, heater interlock protection
◆Humanized instructions: automatic design, and there are instructions such as oil temperaturegauge, pressuregauge, vacuumgauge, filter pollutionalarm, operating status and so on.
◆This machine has the advantages of low noise, easy operation, long maintenance interval, low energy consumption, low operating cost, high oil filtration efficiency, long lifetime, etc.

A-Optional PLC control.
B-Oil pump set, vacuum pump set, filter element and electrical parts are selected imported brand products.
C-Flow meter, online moisture monitoring
D-Select the appropriate explosion-proof level according to the working environment (ExdII BT4 / ExdII CT4)
