Description of HDPE Communication Tube Production Line:
HDPE communication pipe is a permanent solid lubricant and new type of composite pipe which inner wall has silicone material. Its advantages are high strength, high toughness, corrosion resistance, long life, good sealing performance, low cost and so on. It is widely used in the Highways, railways and other optical cable communication network system.
HDPE communication pipe extrusion line designed by HUASU machinery has the advantages of reasonable structure, high efficiency production, high degree automation and easy operation and so on.
The structure of HDPE communication pipe extrusion line consists of single screw extruder, extrusion die, vacuum calibrating water tank, water spraying tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine and pipe extrusion line control system.
Single Screw Extruder: Special single screw extruder for polylefin, having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization.Special separate mixing screw. It adopts direct currency convertor and high efficiency screw which make material plasticization even, high output and stability.
Control System: Siemens PLC control system and human-machine dialogue make the temperature control, extruding output, haul-off and winding speed, automatic counting, and automatic printing program control.
Extrusion Die: Unique design, co-extrusion molds and producing together with three extruders.
Vacuum Calibrating Water Tank: Vacuum sizing and circulation spraying cooling. The body is stainless steel board with ABS nozzle and can be adjusted from three dimensions.
Water Spraying Tank: High efficiency pump and special spray head make efficient cooling
Haul-off Machine: Automatic clamping, frequency convertor, stable and reliable performance and simultaneous work speed with the whole extrusion line.
Cutting Machine: Its advantages are dustless cutting, low noise, low energy consumption, easy operation, long use life and the cutting surface smooth.
