Buhler Yijiete 6SXMOE optical sensor 320 color sorter
This is optical sensor color sorter which widely used in rice processing line, which is able to separate the impurities and yellowish away from the good rice according to color difference:
1.Parallel data sructure, big-capacity programmable processor and high speed processing softwaresecure the accuracy of removing, yellwowish and defected rice from the good.
2.Five sorting models which are color sort,milky sort,polished sort,simultaneous sort and reverse sort,which realise the purpose of multifunction and precise sort.
3.Fully automized system as auto adjusting system, auto temperature control, auto dust removing, auto air pressure test, auto ejection test, autuo light source test and auto warning system.
4.Original imported real color touch screen realizes man-machine conversation interface, which is easy to operate and to learn.
5. Z structure has the function of anti-water,anti-dust, anti-jamming, which guarantees the potimum working condition of whole sorting system.
