Sanforizing Needled Felt
Sanforizing machines are used in shrinkage bottom wait and denim finishing plants. Manufactured by our special heat-resistant Nomex, Polyester and Wool, we can produce the felts for different models of sanforizing machines.

These felts are used on the sanforizing machines which are manufactured as any brand machines to sanforize the fabric. Sanforizing procedure is done with rubber blanket after this, sanforizing felt convey the fabrics.
Felt structure: 100% synthetic needled felt
It is produced in standart and special dimensions for every mark sanforising machines
Thickness: 6 mm (+0,5/-1 mm)
Special treatment: Pretensioned, heat setting
Admissible max.Working temperature: 160 C
