Progresses of FTM Crusher Company on Chassis Plane

With remarkable features of large crushing ratio, small power consumption and even particle size, cone crusher is quite popular for mineral field. If using the cone crusher for a much longer period, you will confront the problems like poor stability of transmission part, screw breakage on chassis plane and tile burning, etc. More seriously, working capacity of cone breaker will be influenced.

As theNO.1 brand of cone crusher, FTM Crusher Company has made several progresses on the working stability. It has been found that these progresses are indeed remarkable.For the previous chassis plane, it is equipped with the slide bearings on the both ends. The slide bearings are generally made of copper bush. Chassis plane can work together with the copper bush.

On the chassis plane, there are 8 evenly-distributed thorough holes in 39mm. These thorough holes are mainly used for connecting the screws and fixing the chassis plane on cone breaker.Besides, there are eight M36 blind holes that are drilled on the body of cone crusher.In short, the eight M36 screws are used for connecting the primary chassis plane with the body of cone breaker.

While, during the actual production process, there are some problems that still exist.After more than several months’ study,FTM Crusher Companydecides to change the connecting way between chassis plane with crusher body from eight M36 blind holes to the screws. On the connecting flange of chassis plane, welding flange is added.

Besides, on the welding flange, there are 12 evenly-distributed through holes in 39mm.Greater discounts for you on website!
