Toothed roll crusher, also called smooth roll crusher, is a kind of roller crushers. It is often used for coarse crushing. To shorten the period for overhaul and prolong the service life, we need to often maintain and protect the roller crusher.To protect the screws from being loosened, we should often check them, especially the lag bolt for fastening the toothed plates.

Before running the roller crusher, we should lubricate every bearing and gear for one or two times. Besides, to alleviate the serious damage of bearing and gear, we should keep enough lubricating oil in bush.Feeding size of raw material should not be larger than the specified size. To avoid the material blocking, we should make the feeding work continuous and even.

We should often check the temperature of bearing. Temperature rise should not exceed the room temperature.Rail of bearing should be often cleaned and kept away from dust or foreign matters. If not doing so, we may see the serious consequences.When outage suddenly occurs, we must cut off the electricity first, then get out the materials in crushing cavity.

Besides, we should often notice the working situation of safety bolt.
