Geocell sheet extruding and welding production line
This Geocell production line composed by multiple sets of advanced Ultrasonic plastic welding machines, use the imported PLC control system and touch screen panel.
The main functions as below:
- Ultrasonic producer is the newest intelligent automatic variable frequency producer,multiple parameter adjustable,good welding quality,high degree of automation,15K transducer.
- Working plate,gantry beam is 400*400 H-beam, new added Beam auxiliary reinforcing system 1set,materials discharging plate 1sets, mechanical charging device with high move accuracy,low noise.
- Automatic belt delivery system 2sets,bottom mould slide way auxiliary system 3sets;
- Main slide way system 6sets,up and down mould push device each 4sets.
- Dimension of the produced products: height 50-200mm in adjustable,welding distance 330-1000mm in adjustable.
- Production capacity:200kg/h(600-1000 S.M /8h).
