Flat Vulcanizing Machine/Rubber Hot Press Molding Machine
This machine is the main device which is used for pressing and forming various rubber model and non-model products. It can also be used for pressing various thermosetting plastic products. It has independent drive mechanism and electrical system, adopts button to centralized control. Working pressure and heating temperature can be adjust in the range.
It has the function of automatic pressure retrieve and oil pump stops overtime system. Circuit configuration is more reasonable and reliable.
Heating temperature, vulcanizing time, vulcanizing pressure, hydraulic pressure compensation can be set according to your need, easy to operate.
Hydraulic cylinder adopts to independent oil cylinder structure, easy to exchange. Piston adopts chilled cast iron, high wearable and long time use.
User can configure and select machine type according to the characteristic of products.
