Leather Low Temperature Bending Strength Tester G6078-B
Product Introduction
This instrument is primarily used to test the cold and folding resistance of shoes and shoe materials to determine how well the materials or finished products can adapt to low-temperature climates or cold regions. Various folding devices can be installed within the instrument.

Main Functions
Tests the folding resistance of leather and similar materials in low-temperature environments.
Features
Surface Treatment: Surface treatment using DuPont powder, electrostatic spray painting, and high-temperature curing at 200°C to ensure long-lasting colorfastness.
Inner chamber is made of high-quality stainless steel, with semi-circular corners for easy cleaning.
A rational air duct and circulation system ensures excellent temperature uniformity within the working chamber.
High-performance motor and fan blades, with a convection breeze mechanism, allow for internal air recirculation.
Nanomaterial door seals and insulation enhance overall performance.
Casing constructed of cold-rolled steel with electrostatically sprayed plastic.
Case Insulation: 100mm high-temperature-resistant rigid polyurethane foam.
Fin-type heat sink with tubular stainless steel heater.
Heat and cold exchange device utilizes ultra-high-efficiency SWEP Refrigerant heat exchange design.
Controller: Taiwan Weilun TH7010 touch-sensitive intelligent programmable temperature controller.
