Electromagnetic flow gauge
LUGB sewage flowmeter is based on Faraday law of electromagnetic induction principle, the volume of the conductive fluid flow.Due to the design of simple structure, long service life is especially suitable for industrial piping, channels, small river flow measurement, and environmental protection of various conductive liquid measurement, is widely used in municipal water supply, steel, petroleum, chemical, electric power, industry, water conservancy, to take the water resources department, etc.
Second, the sewage flow meter features:
1, the measuring tube have no moving parts, sensor long service life.
2 there is no resistance, tube parts, so there is no additional pressure loss, won't produce jam, reliable measurement.
3, strong anti-interference ability, small volume, light weight, easy installation, maintenance, small volume, wide measuring range.
4, measure from the fluid temperature, pressure, viscosity, density, conductivity, etc.
5, can install to intercept transformation on man, simple construction, small quantities.
6, and the cost of the general flow meter, and low cost of installation, especially suitable for large and medium diameter pipeline flow measurement.
7, sensors, induction voltage signal, and a linear relationship between the average flow, so the measurement precision is high.
8, Chinese LCD display, the scene show cumulative percentage, transient flow, flow velocity, flow, etc.
9, measurable liquid-solid two phase flow, high viscosity fluid and salt, strong acid, strong alkali liquid volume flow.
