600,000 metric ton SSAW pipe, OD 219- 2220mm, Thickness 4.5mm-25.4mm, steel grade Q235-X100; 100,000 metric ton ERW pipe, OD 159mm-406mm, Thickness 6mm-14mm, steel grade Q235-X60; and 250,000 metric ton Precision seamless steel pipe, OD 133mm-508mm, Thickness 5mm-35mm, steel grade 20#-N8-J55-P110.
We imported Lincoln auto-welding equipments from the USA and advanced steel pipes production equipments from Germany. We also have online ultrasonic auto flaw detector; X-ray industrial TV; X-ray real time imagery system; 2,000t static hydraulic pressure tester; universal material testing machine; charpy impact tester; sulphur carbide analyses machine and many other important inspecting systems which assured product’s development. Thus makes it easy to produce qualified steel pipes of Q235, Q345 and X42-X70 grades according to the standards of petroleum industry, national regulations and the API spec 5L standards of American Petroleum, coal gas, natural gas and heat power.
