High wear-resistant carbide titanium alloy guide wheel
The guide wheel is equipped with precisely machined installation holes, which can strictly control the fit clearance with the shaft within 0.005- 0.01mm. This ensures smooth rotation without oscillation, thereby enhancing the guiding accuracy. This design offers low maintenance requirements and does not need frequent lubrication. Regular cleaning of surface contaminants is sufficient to make it highly suitable for continuous operation on automated production lines. In the manufacturing of metal wire mesh, guide wheels help maintain uniform mesh sizes, keeping dimensional deviations within ±5%, thereby meeting the strict quality standards required for filter materials. The groove profile of the guide wheel can be customized according to the specifications of the wire or pipe, such as V-shaped, U-shaped or semi-circular configuration, to meet different production requirements. After precise polishing, the surface roughness can be as low as Ra 0.01 μm, significantly reducing the friction damage of the metal wire and increasing the tensile strength of the metal wire by approximately 10%. In the production of automotive brake cables, the consistent guidance provided by these wheels ensures uniform tensioning of the cables, minimizing the risk of failure during use.
