Titanium carbide guide wheel - wear-resistant

Its superior thermal conductivity facilitates efficient dissipation of frictional heat, maintaining the operational temperature of the guide wheel below 80°C and preventing undesirable annealing of the wire. In spring steel wire production, the use of titanium carbide guide wheels ensures a straightness deviation of no more than 0.5 mm/m, significantly improving the fatigue resistance and overall service life of the final product.
